- Individual tin protection: Each tin is wrapped to prevent movement during transit. A Beluga tin that rattles is a Beluga tin that has been treated like a parcel — not a premium food product.

Fridays are among our busiest delivery days in Dubai — private dinners, family gatherings, and weekend entertaining drive high demand. If you are planning a Friday event, placing your order Thursday evening or Friday morning is the most reliable approach.
What is the minimum order for same-day delivery?

Can I order caviar for delivery to a hotel or event venue in Dubai?
Yes — and we do this regularly. We supply directly to private dining events, yacht parties, hotel suites, and corporate event venues across Dubai. What if I am not home when the caviar arrives?
Unlike grocery deliveries, we do not leave caviar unattended at a door. If you are unavailable, our driver will contact you by phone and hold the order cold until a revised delivery window is confirmed. Unopened, malossol caviar maintains peak quality until the best-before date on the tin (typically 4–6 weeks from our harvest date). Once opened, consume within 2–3 days and keep covered with cling film pressed directly against the surface of the eggs to minimise air exposure.
Never freeze caviar — the ice crystals that form inside the eggs destroy their structure and result in a mushy, flavourless product on thawing.
