All cancellations must be made at least eight (8) hours prior to scheduled delivery time. Cancellations can be made via email or by phone. Upon cancellation, an email will be sent to your registered email address to confirm cancellation of order. If you paid with a debit/credit card, the payment will be refunded to your account/card within 15 business days.
As our products are perishable, all food sales are final. Caviar Heritage will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order is delivered. Caviar Heritage is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of deliveries being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered. To enjoy the full flavor and freshness of our products, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements explained to you by our caviar chauffeurs and the literature provided with our delivery.
If your order is returned because of an incorrect address provided by you, because of its perishability, we must dispose of the contents and you will not be refunded.
If you have selected express/same day delivery service and the delivery cannot be made because we are not able to reach you on the default contact telephone to schedule delivery and receipt, then the delivery will be rescheduled for another time and/or the following day and the expedited delivery service fee will not be refunded.
